A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is needed when RESERVING
a site by the week or month over the phone. Deposit is then applied to your first weekly or monthly rent on date you pull your RV/TRAILER into a space. At that time, balance is due.
Persons cannot live in the resort on a year
round permanent basis. We offer short term month
to month site rental for snowbirds, and persons who work for
pipeline, railroad, oil industry etc. after brief interview process.

Non aggressive indoor dogs/dog breeds
& indoor cats are welcome at the resort.
Please call or email us before coming to stay at
the resort if you have any questions regarding this policy.
Pets must be on a leash and with owner
at all times when not inside RV. Dogs are
not to be tied up and left alone outside.
You can walk pets around resort.
We appreciate it if you pick up after them.
