Persons cannot live in the resort on a year
round permanent basis. We offer temporary month
to month site rental for snowbirds and persons who work for
pipeline, railroad, oil industry etc. after brief interview process.
Due to many problems with pet owners, guests who want to live in park for employment purposes need to call office before bringing pet onto the premises.

Non aggressive indoor dogs/dog breeds
& indoor cats are welcome at the resort for
nightly or week stay. Please call before
bringing your pet if you plan to stay by the month.
Please call before coming to stay at the resort if
you have any questions regarding our pet rules.
Pets must be on a leash and with owner
at all times when not inside RV. Dogs are
not to be tied up and left alone outside.
Pet area is in the back of the park or there is a
cage area across from the office.
We appreciate it if you pick up after your pet.
