1.) Only Persons 18 years and older are allowed in the resort
at ALL times. NO EXCEPTIONS. Call if you have questions.
2.) Speed limit is 5 miles per hour.
3.) Nothing is to be stored outside or under your RV.
No clotheslines, clothing, towels or rugs can hang outside.
No personal outdoor trash cans. No tarps.
4.) No fences, gardens or outdoor dog pens. PLEASE do not tie
awnings or anything else to resort trees.
5.) 1 RV and 2 vehicles are allowed per site.
Motorcycles, boats, trailers etc. will be parked in
a designated area, for an additional fee.
6.) Washing your car, truck or RV, or repairs / remodeling
projects are not to be done inside resort.
7.) No open fires or firepits.
Gas bar-b-ques preferred.
Charcoal bar-b-ques must have a cover.
Cooled briquets must be disposed of properly.
Cigarettes need to be put out in an ashtry, not on the ground.
8.) Panola is a dry county.
Drinking is allowed on your RV site only.
9.) Older RV's, 5th wheels & tow behind trailers
are acceptable if they are in excellent condition.
No chipped or peeling exterior. No tears or holes in
awnings, propane bottle covers or cloth tire covers.
No large amounts of visible rust or broken windows.
10.) CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00 NOON.
11.) Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm - 8:00 am
No loud music anytime. Lazy Armadillo is not a party park.
No large gatherings/groups of people on RV sites.
Strictly Enforced.
12.) ONLY 2 persons, including yourself, are allowed to live in or
spend the night in your trailer. This applies to all weekly and
monthly guests.
